Kristina. Founder & Creative Director.
Of Canadian-Lebanese origins, Kristina lived most of her life in Beirut, until she moved to Brussels in 2015. Prior to that, she was the designer and production director to the Johnny FARAH House of leather accessories between Beirut & NY. As a self-taught designer, Kristina’s journey was shaped by countless hours spent in Beirut’s bustling artisan-workshops, that fueled her passion and creativity.
In her Brussels studio, she passionately designs and prototypes the shoes and creative workshop lines that bear the distinctive KINAMANIA imprint.

“With my orthopedic shoemaking background, I design, craft, test and tweak the Kinamania shoe prototypes in my Brussels studio, before sending the samples to our skilled craft teams in Beirut and Portugal, where they produce them in small batches. I also design bags, belts, and bracelets as workshop experiences, where customers craft their own iconic pieces by combining colorful leathers and modern details."
Naji. Lead Artisan of the Soft Line.
Naji's journey as an artisan began at the age of 14, working in shoe factories in Lebanon during the Lebanese Civil War. And today, Naji is a true 360 artisan—meticulous, soulful, passionate, and dedicated to his craft. His expertise and artistry are the heart of the Kinamania Soft* line, where every pair of shoes reflects his deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Alexander & Luciano. Makers of the Atelier Line in Their Family-Owned Factories
Alexander, who leads a family-owned sole factory, and Luciano, who heads a family-owned shoe factory. Together, they form a dream team, bringing generations of craftsmanship and expertise to each pair. Their factories have been employing artisans since the 1980s, producing shoes with the highest standards of quality and care.
Anne. Sales and Marketing Strategist.
Anne is the heart of our sales and marketing team. With her Brazilian roots, she infuses our Brussels shop with vibrant yet calming energy. Always with music in her ears, she creates campaigns that flow with rhythm and truly resonate with our customers. :)
Sophie. Business Development Lead.
Sophie is our growth architect. With a focus on simplicity, respect, and quality, she’s a natural connector who builds relationships and partnerships that shape the future of our brand. When she’s not scouting for new ventures, you’ll find her planning her next travel adventure :)
Elise. Production Supervisor
Elise is the steady hand behind the production of our soft line, coordinating every step from Lebanon between Naji and local suppliers. Working closely with our artisans, she ensures each piece reflects the quality Kinamania is known for. As Kristina’s mom, she’s been supporting the project from the start, always with love and dedication. :)
