Shipping.
KINAMANIA partners with trusted carriers including BPost, DHL Express, and FedEx Express to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping via Belgian Post, which includes tracking. Delivery typically takes 5 or more business days, depending on your location.
Absolutely. We offer express shipping through DHL Express or FedEx Express. Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days, and the cost ranges from €30 to €50, depending on your country zone. Tracking is included.
Delivery times are estimated guidelines and may vary depending on your destination. A more precise delivery estimate will be provided at checkout once your order is placed.
If you're ordering from outside the European Union, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are not covered by KINAMANIA and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

In case of any stock availability issues, we’ll get in touch with you within 48 hours of your purchase.
Tracking.
Yes, you can return your order within 20 days of receiving it, as long as it meets our return conditions. Returns outside this timeframe are not accepted unless covered by warranty.
Just email us at kristina@kinamania.be with your order details (product name and code) and a brief reason for the return. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including the box and all accessories.
Ship your return at your own cost within 20 days of receipt to:

We recommend using a trackable courier service (GLS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) or insured shipping with Bpost, as you are responsible for shipping costs and risks.
Once we receive your return, your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days.
Exchanges.
Yes! If the size you need is in stock, we’ll send it to you free of charge. If it's out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
