Shipping
KINAMANIA partners with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
For shipments from Belgium, we use Bpost for standard postal services and FedEx Express for express shipping.
For shipments within Lebanon, we work with trusted local delivery services to ensure reliable local delivery.
- Shipping from Belgium
We offer free standard shipping on orders over EUR 200 via Belgian Post, including tracking. Delivery typically takes 5 or more business days, depending on your location.
Orders shipped from Belgium are available for international delivery worldwide.
- Shipping from Lebanon
Orders shipped from Lebanon are available for local delivery within Lebanon only. We offer free standard local delivery through trusted local delivery services.
Yes, we offer express shipping via FedEx Express. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your destination. The cost ranges from €30 to €50, depending on your country zone, and tracking is included.
If you're ordering from outside the European Union, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are not covered by KINAMANIA and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

In case of any stock availability issues, we’ll get in touch with you within 48 hours of your purchase.
Returns.
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets our return conditions. Returns outside this timeframe are not accepted unless covered by warranty.
Just email us at craftyourday@kinamania.be with your order details and a reason for the return. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including the box and all accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated shipping risks.
Returns from Belgium & International Orders
For orders delivered in Belgium or internationally, please ship your return at your own cost within 20 days of receipt to:

Returns from Lebanon
For orders delivered within Lebanon, please ship your return at your own cost within 3 days of receipt to:

Once we receive your return, your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days.
Exchanges.
Yes! If the size you need is in stock, we’ll send it to you free of charge. If it's out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
