Shipping policy

KINAMANIA works with:

 

  • Belgian post for standard shipping with tracking | 5+ days for delivery, depending on the destination country. 

  • DHL Express for express shipping - 1 to 5 days delivery 

Note that the above delivery timings are guidelines only. They vary depending on destination and a more accurate estimate will be provided once order is placed.

Orders and deliveries outside of the European Union may be subjected to local import duties and/or Taxes. KINAMANIA is not responsible for those additional charges.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once payment is received, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • We will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of your order, do not hesitate to email us at kristina@kinamania.be
