SHIPPING

KINAMANIA works with:

 
 

 
  • Standard Free Shipping (via Belgian Post) – Includes tracking. Delivery takes 5+ days, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping (via DHL Express or FedEx Express) – Delivered within 1 to 5 days for a flat rate of €30 to €50, depending on your country zone. Includes tracking.

Note that the above delivery timings are guidelines only. They vary depending on destination and a more accurate estimate will be provided once order is placed.

Orders and deliveries outside of the European Union may be subjected to local import duties and/or Taxes. KINAMANIA is not responsible for those additional charges.

TRACKING.

  • Once payment is received, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • We will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of your order, do not hesitate to email us at kristina@kinamania.be 

In case of any stock availability issues, we will contact you within 48h.

RETURNS.

You can return your order within 20 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, returns outside this period are not possible unless the issue falls under warranty. We offer a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • Email us at kristina@kinamania.be with your order details (product name and code) and a brief reason for the return.
  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including the box and all accessories.
  • Ship the return at your own expense within 20 days of receipt to:
    Kinamania Boutique, Gray Street 19, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.
  • Returns must be sent via courier (GLS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) or a trackable, preferably insured, shipment with Bpost. Shipping costs and risks are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

EXCHANGES.

Need a different size? If the item is in stock, we’ll send the new size free of charge. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
